The Ohio Housing Finance Agency Board approved financing for four housing developments that will create or preserve 470 units across the state.

Two Green Oaks developments, one in Sylvania Township and one in Lima, will each include 120 affordable assisted-living units for older Ohioans.

Seton Square South and West in Columbus will add 108 units and receive a Housing Development Loan alongside its bond financing. Vivera Northridge in Harrison Township will add 122 units.

Each development received a reservation for the federal 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit. The approvals are the next step toward homes that can be within reach for more Ohio residents.
