Steven Lunenschloss, a 73-year-old Navy veteran, went for a walk in Plano, Texas, without his phone. He became disoriented during the walk and fell. When a passerby came to help, he could not remember his wife's number.
An unidentified woman saw that he needed help, checked on him and arranged an Uber ride so he could return home safely.
His wife, Verjean, told NBC 5 that the couple hopes to find the woman so they can thank her and repay the cost of the ride.
Lunenschloss said the woman's help went beyond anything he expected.
