The Women’s Resource and Development Agency, a charity based in Belfast, has received £100,000 from the UK Government’s Engagement for Change Fund.Over three years, the agency will help community and voluntary groups across Northern Ireland build skills in policy, communication, advocacy, networking, and using evidence.The programme will be open to people of all genders, with a particular focus on helping women take part in the public forums where decisions about their communities are made.The agency says its Grow, Lead, Change programme will especially welcome groups that have not had this kind of support before.
