Every story we publish is checked by real people before it goes out.
GGND is a small team, led by professional journalist Lizzy, not an algorithm. Here's the honest, public version of how a story gets from "we found this" to "we published this," in six steps, all done by hand. We publish verified stories, rotating across fields, never volume for its own sake.
Story & Script
We find real good news from around the world and verify it against original sources. Then we write it clearly and warmly, without exaggeration.
Visual/Asset Design
We illustrate each story in our own warm, storybook style. No stock photos, no stretched stock footage, just art that matches the story it's telling.
Assembly
We bring the story to life in the format it belongs in: a written article, a simple-German translation, or one of Bibi's illustrated parts for children.
Quality Check
A real person checks every piece against our style guide and our calm-pacing standards: tone, accuracy, and whether it still feels true to the source.
Human Approval
Nothing goes out without a person on our team saying yes. Not a filter, not an algorithm. An actual human, often Lizzy herself, reads it start to finish.
Published
We publish verified stories, rotating across fields so no one topic crowds out the rest, then send them out across Global Good News Daily, Good News Daily Learning, and Bibi's Stories.
