Deakin University has announced its Vice Chancellor's Meritorious 50% Scholarships for eight students from four partner universities in India.
The partner institutions are Manipal Academy of Higher Education, Symbiosis International University, O.P. Jindal Global University, and Chitkara University. Two students from each university are set to receive a 50% contribution toward Deakin tuition fees.
The awards recognize academic achievement, leadership potential, and a desire to make a difference. Six students have already been named, with two more scholarships still to be awarded this year.
Deakin says the program is meant to connect strong academic foundations in India with its learning, industry, and professional networks in Australia.
