About 325 volunteers in De Pere, Wisconsin, spent three days helping 28 local homeowners with landscaping and exterior improvements.
Habitat for Humanity volunteers and community partners worked in the Tree Streets neighborhood during the city’s annual Rock the Block event.
Together, they contributed more than 1,500 volunteer hours. They also helped complete a community mural on a baseball-field dugout at Kelly Danen Park.
On the final day, more than 100 volunteers were still outside finishing the work before rain moved in.
